Complaints, concerns, existential crises. Marchello handles them all with the same response: leaning on you until you feel better. He has never once enforced a policy. He has never needed to.

They've been working with AI tools long before it became everyone's personality. Midjourney, Firefly, Eleven Labs, Flow. Not as a shortcut. As a craft.

Someone has to figure out how a person gets from here to there without getting lost or frustrated. That's Faby. She maps the route, spots the dead ends, and makes the whole thing feel intuitive. Even when it really wasn't.

Every piece of work is telling a story. Rianna makes sure it's one worth telling. Culture-driven and POV-led, she's drawn to the stories that go untold, the ones that get overshadowed, the ones that actually have something to say. That's where the best work lives.

Marchello is a Vizsla. He has no formal qualifications but his presence in any room has been proven to reduce stress, increase morale, and occasionally derail a client call in the best possible way. Flying Fish would not function without him.
